Junior Project Manager Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions, and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our teams! 

Requirements: 
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Managed a team of 10 + people;
- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, Waterfall);
- Knowledge of Atlassian;
- Experience in requirements analysis, estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate;
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;
- Ability to work and make decisions independently;
- Knowledge of English is not lower than upper-intermediate 

Nice to have: 
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other certifications related to PM and Agile.
- Experience in building new development teams based on Management 3.0 principles. 

Responsibilities: 
- Participation in project planning and description of project objectives (for 1/3/6/12 months).
- Be responsible for delivering project scope on time.
- Help the team to become a High-performing unit of the Tech department through transparent processes.
- People management (1х1, coaching, problem-solving, hiring, promotion, etc.)
