Country Manager (Kazakhstan)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing financial company providing innovative solutions in the fintech sector. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our team in Kazakhstan. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the country.

Responsibilities:

- Overall administration of the company's operations ;

- Maintain and organize office work;

- Maintain and control the staff;

- Create and provide in-time reports;

- Representing the company with regulatory authorities, tax and other government bodies, as well as with banks and other partner organizations;

- Ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and other bodies.

Requirements:

- Resident of Kazakhstan;

- Higher education in economics or law;

- Experience in leadership positions within financial organizations;

- Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework for financial companies and AFSA;

- Proficiency in English sufficient for performing job duties;

- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
