We are building a team of AI experts to drive the transformation of an enterprise with over 500 engineers. Our goal is to integrate AI into software development, accelerating delivery, enhancing knowledge accessibility, automating testing, and improving code reviews to boost productivity across product teams.

As an AI Integration Engineer, you will implement cutting-edge AI solutions, from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to autonomous AI agents, shaping the future of engineering efficiency. If you thrive on solving complex problems and want to make a real impact, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Learning Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as decision trees, support vector machines, and clustering techniques, to develop and optimize AI models.
• Deep Learning Proficiency: Design and implement deep neural networks, including architectures like transformers and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), to address complex problems and enhance system capabilities.
• RAG Application Development: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications that combine information retrieval with natural language generation to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses.
• Agentic AI Development: Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of making decisions and performing tasks with minimal human intervention, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Vector Database Management: Utilize vector databases to efficiently store and query high-dimensional data, supporting advanced AI functionalities.
• Programming Skills: Develop and maintain AI solutions using programming languages such as Python, and optionally Java, Go, or PHP, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of total ML experience / background.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning and deep learning model development.
• Hands-on experience with RAG applications and Agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in managing and querying vector databases.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, Go, or PHP is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
