We launch a new app each month, leveraging the latest AI technology to push the boundaries of innovation. Our diverse portfolio includes 18 iOS apps (and a Discord bot), like Cappuccino, which transforms friends' voice notes into personal podcasts. Operating entirely remotely,  ambitious, and efficient team offers great flexibility.

Our Core Businesses:

●​Growing and Optimizing Existing Portfolio: Enhance apps through rigorous product

management, data analysis, and user acquisition expertise.

●​Launching a New App Each Month: Introduce fresh, exciting apps regularly, leveraging the latest

technologies.

●​Acquiring and Publishing Apps: Strengthen our portfolio through strategic acquisitions and

publishing deals, utilizing our expertise in monetization and user acquisition.

About the job:

We are looking for a User Acquisition Analyst to drive app growth through paid advertising. You’ll onboard and manage external agencies while helping to launch internal UA campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in

scaling apps and deep insights into the mobile industry. We seek a motivated, data-driven, fast learner. Our experienced UA managers and CEO will train you in the specific skills required for this role.

Skills required:

●​Strong desire to learn and progress​

Perfectly comfortable with large data sets and numerical analysis - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

●​Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships to onboard and oversee our

external channels

●​Fluent English

Bonus skills:

●​Understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem

●​Hands-on experience with user acquisition platforms (TikTok/Applovin/Jetfuel/Adaction, DSPs, etc.) and

MMPs (Adjust, etc.).

●​You have experience with influencer marketing and ASO

●​Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPDAU and LTV
