Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage job postings across international job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
  • Focus on hiring talent in Latin America while also supporting global recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds.

 

HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

  • Oversee onboarding and off boarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.

 

Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Develop and improve hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure HR policies align with company goals and industry standards.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Specialist, preferably in a remote or tech-focused company.
  • Familiarity with international job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Experience hiring candidates in Latin America.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be available to work in EST hours (Full-day or key working hours).
