UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer to join our team and take on exciting projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Close verbal and written communication with customers and clarification of requirements; 
• Delivery of UI designs in Figma; 
• Creation of custom graphics and illustrations; 
• Designing various graphic assets such as banners, social media covers, etc; 
• Close collaboration with the team (Lead Designer, QA, PM, Developers).
• Wireframing and prototyping; delivery of low- and mid-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes; 

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in UI/UX design; 
• B2 level of English or higher; 
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
• Basic knowledge of no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• Experience in UI Animation;
• Portfolio with at least 3 examples of real commercial UI/UX projects done by you, concepts will not be considered; 
• Deep understanding of the basic design principles and the ability to apply them;
• Ability to produce fresh and aesthetically pleasing UI design beyond current trends and typical solutions;
• Creativity, good taste, an eye for detail;
• Empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility;
• Proactive approach to work, i.e. you are willing to investigate, ask questions, find answers and suggest ideas instead of passively doing what you are told;
• Passion for learning and acquiring new skills;
• Good multi-tasking skills;
• Self-sufficiencySolid grasp of UX principles and best UX practices; 
• Understanding of psychology and basic marketing principles;
• Ability to clearly articulate your ideas and solutions to the team;
• Ability to present your work to a customer and justify your solutions.

The below would be considered an advantage: 

• Experience with After Effects; 
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Protopie or Proto.io;
• Experience with Webflow and Framer;
• Experience with Spline or Vectrary;
• Experience in user interviews and usability testing.
