Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in IT project management
● English — upper intermediate (spoken and written) and higher;
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Understanding and having experience in the software development life cycle;
● Experience in requirements lifecycle management
● Good prioritizing skills

Will be considered as a plus:
● Technical background: development / design / QA expertise;

Duties:
● Participate in scope definition and projects estimation;
● Participate in pre-sales processes;
● Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks;
● Manage conflicts, motivation, performance within a team;
● Prepare external and internal reports;
● Participate / organize / be involved in presenting Increments (completed solutions, prototypes, demo etc);
● Lead several projects at a time;
● Coordinate cross-functional cooperation.
