Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a SaaS company selling to eCommerce
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled SDR with a proven track record in ABM and enterprise SaaS sales, specializing in eCommerce brands (Shopify, etc.). You'll be responsible for targeting, engaging, and converting senior decision-makers at leading brands, building relationships with prospects, and booking qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ABM strategies to engage key decision-makers.
- Conduct targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking) to build relationships and book qualified meetings.
- Research and map mid-market and enterprise accounts, aligning our solution with their pain points.
- Nurture high-value prospects with consistent multi-channel follow-ups.
- Refine messaging and optimize lead generation with the sales and partnerships teams.
- Track performance metrics, A/B test, and optimize outbound processes.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.) to measure performance and drive SQL growth.
What You Bring
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years SDR experience in ABM and mid-market/enterprise SaaS sales, with success in winning eCommerce/Shopify brands.
- High-energy person, proactive, results-driven, and relentless in achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills (near-native English).
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, do cold outreach and turn ‘no’ into ‘yes’.
- Expertise in sales prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Aircall, Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and booking high-value meetings.
