Lead Generation Manager

As a Lead Generation Manager, you will search for and identify potential clients, introduce the company and its innovation services/product solutions, initiate conversations, and follow up with prospects. Youโ€™ll develop new approaches and messaging strategies while working closely with the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach
  • General understanding of the IT market & industry
  • Great communication skills, a quick learner, and a team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

  • Find potential clients based on ICPs
  • Outreach leads via LinkedIn and email
  • Keep structured follow-ups and move leads through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales
  • Manage leads in the CRM

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and any automated tools like Linked Helper, Lemlist, Reply.io, etc.
  • Experience in writing scripts and message texts
