Implementation Manager (AI SDR Clients) Offline
Reply.io, a leading sales engagement platform, empowers Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with AI-driven tools to discover leads, engage across multiple channels, and scale outbound sales effectively.
And now we're looking for an Implementation Manager to work exclusively with AI SDR clients. This is a non-customer-facing role, focused on setting up and optimizing outreach sequences based on each client's ICP, business value proposition, and industry specifics. The Implementation Manager will ensure high deliverability and effectiveness of campaigns while working closely with the Customer Success, Support, and Deliverability teams.
This role requires working with client accounts on a weekly basis to monitor performance, adjust messaging, and optimize sequences as needed. The ultimate goal is to achieve an interested reply rate of at least 5%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sequence Setup & Optimization β Create and refine outreach sequences tailored to the clientβs ICP and value proposition.
- Deliverability Assurance β Monitor and adjust settings to maintain high email deliverability.
- Performance Monitoring β Review sequences performance and make necessary adjustments on a weekly basis
- A/B Testing & Optimization β Regularly test subject lines, messaging, and sending schedules to improve response rates.
- Lead Data Enrichment β Ensure contact lists are clean, enriched, and properly segmented for maximum impact.
- AI SDR Training & Fine-Tuning β Provide feedback on AI SDR performance and collaborate with the product team to enhance AI-generated messaging.
- Reporting & Insights β Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improving outreach effectiveness.
- Competitor & Market Research β Stay updated on best practices, outreach trends, and emerging sales engagement tools.
- Automation & Workflow Improvements β Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance AI SDR processes.
- Onboarding Support β Assist Success Managers in setting up initial campaigns during client onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as an SDR is a must β preferably in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Experience working in an agency is a huge plus.
- Experience with Sales Engagement & Automation Tools β Hands-on experience with platforms like Reply.io, Apollo, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Deliverability Best Practices β Familiarity with email warm-up, domain reputation management, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Copywriting & Messaging Experience β Ability to craft and refine compelling outreach messages that drive engagement.
- Previous experience with AI-driven sales automation.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize results.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- English - at least Upper-Intermediate level.
