Product Manager

LOGITY Tech is a software development company that owns and develops a portfolio of web and mobile products for the LOGITY group of companies, operating in the Logistics industry of North America.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, data analytics expertise, and hands-on project leadership. You will need to seamlessly switch between the two products as needed: a B2B SaaS platform and a mobile application, each targeting different user groups in the freight logistics industry.

As the Portfolio Product Manager, you will contribute to product roadmaps, drive user engagement through data analytics and feedback loops, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. YOU ARE

Experienced in Product Management
- 3+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS and mobile solutions;
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile development methodologies;
- Familiar with working in distributed teams;

Data-informed and analytical
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools, with expertise in retention and cohort analysis;
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data and generating insights;
- Fundamentally analytical - you gather and interpret data from various sources, extract key insights, identify optimization opportunities, and make informed product decisions;

Strategic thinker with execution skills
- Ability to balance long-term product strategy with short-term execution priorities;
- Outcome-driven, with a focus on measurable impact;
- Skilled at navigating uncertainty, questioning assumptions, and iteratively validating solutions;
- Able to establish and evangelize the desired end state or outcome, and inspire the team to achieve them;

User-centric
- Well aware that what users say they want may differ from what they truly need. You seek broad input, question assumptions, and validate iteratively;
- Proven experience in conducting user research (interviews, surveys, observation studies) and translating insights into actionable product plans;

Collaborative, organized, and adaptable
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences;
- Extremely well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple products and priorities;
- Comfortable switching contexts as needed and adapting to changing priorities;

YOU WOULD LOVE TO

- Own the product strategy and lead the product initiatives;
- Contribute to and execute product roadmaps for both SaaS and mobile products, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals;
- Lead product development initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams;
- Define the why, what, and when of a product, and communicate its business value to ensure the team understands the purpose behind each feature or release;
- Plan and execute product launches, including beta programs for early-stage products and features;
- Identify and manage strategic and execution risks and issues
- Monitor product progress, resolve blockers, and update stakeholders on key milestones and outcomes;

Leverage data to inform decisions
- Utilize Mixpanel to track key product metrics—such as retention, user engagement, and feature adoption—and conduct cohort and retention analyses to guide product decisions;
- Query data using SQL for deeper insights when needed;

Own the product and software requirements
- Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs;
- Build and sustain feedback loops by gathering insights from analytics, user feedback, and industry trends;
- Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, observation studies and other relevant-to-the-context techniques to gather and analyze attitudinal and behavioral inputs;
- Translate insights into clear, actionable product requirements, and prioritize them to meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders;
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing items to maximize value, and lead regular backlog refinement sessions to ensure user stories are clear, well-defined, and ready for development;
- Collaborate with Product Designer to deliver intuitive and valuable user experiences;

Foster a product-first culture
- Inspire and nurture a product-centric mindset within the team;
- Ensure the team remains focused on the defined objectives and understands the business value behind each feature or release;

Stay competitive
- Conduct competitive intelligence and stay updated on industry trends;
- Use market insights to identify new product opportunities and secure stakeholder buy-in for new initiative;

Other requirements
- Proficient in English: B2/Upper-intermediate and higher;
- Prior experience in logistics industry is a plus;
