Middle UI/UX Designer Offline

We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer for a healthcare project 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering workshops with clients and team members.
• Understand business goals and user needs to create user-centric designs.
• Collaborate with the team to ideate and develop the best design solutions.
• Apply user-centered design principles in all stages of work.
• Design the end-to-end user experience, ensuring intuitive and engaging interactions.
• Create prototypes to illustrate different design solutions and test hypotheses.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Conduct design review sessions to validate concepts with the team, clients, and users when required.
• Clearly present and communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards throughout the design process.
• Assist in designing digital marketing assets such as websites, banners, and emails.
• Continuously collaborate with clients, business analysts, project managers, developers, and other team members to generate new ideas and improve products.

Requirements & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work and thought processes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, layout, grids, and color.
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency across projects.
• Creative thinker with a passion for UX/UI design and keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create simple illustrations and icons.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of no-code development tools (e.g., Webflow, Wix) is a plus.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
