Job Description:

We seek a motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us identify, engage, and attract top technical talent. In this role, you will implement creative sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment process, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of talent sourcing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and tools.
  • Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with recruitment analytics and metrics to drive hiring decisions and optimize processes.
  • Familiarity with remote hiring strategies and international recruitment processes.
  • English: Intermediate+.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job posting creation, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and executives to define hiring needs and drive a proactive recruitment strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to various recruitment initiatives and projects as needed.
