We are Digital Traffic PRO, a fast-growing SEO agency based in Germany, working with clients in the US and Europe. We’re looking for a Middle SEO Specialist who is ready to deeply engage with projects, analyze data, and make independent decisions instead of just following instructions.

What We Expect from You:

✅ 2+ years of SEO experience (preferably in an agency).

✅ Experience with US and European markets (DACH region is a big plus).

✅ Strong technical SEO skills – from crawling & indexing to Core Web Vitals.

✅ Deep understanding of Google Search Console – you should know it inside out.

✅ Proficiency in Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

✅ Basic understanding of marketing – not just SEO.

✅ Experience with AI agents & automation tools – we are actively integrating AI into SEO processes.

✅ A love for analysis, testing, and finding creative solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Working on SEO projects for US and European markets, with the freedom to implement your own strategies.

🔹 Diving deep into each client’s business to understand their processes and find real growth opportunities.

🔹 Analyzing competitors – beyond backlinks, understanding their entire strategy.

🔹 Conducting advanced SEO audits – technical, content, search.

🔹 Implementing AI automation in SEO workflows.

🔹 Developing and executing smart SEO strategies, rather than just filling out reports.

🔹 Managing up to 5 projects at a time, so you can truly focus on each one.

Work Format & Salary:

💼 Full-time, remote.

💰 Flexible payment options:

• Hourly rate starting from €10/hr.

• OR base salary + profit share.

• OR base salary + KPI-based bonuses.
