Junior/Middle Recruiter

What you'll be working on:
🔎 Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and Djinni according to candidate profiles
🎹 Design technical assessments for roles with engineers
🎢 Structure and cooperate with hiring team of engineers for roles
📈 Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve inefficiency in the hiring pipeline
📝 Standardizing hiring practices so we don’t reinvent the wheel every time.
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Djinni in talent sourcing
- Knowledge of technical skillsets for JavaScript (React, React Native, Node.js) and Automation QA roles
- Gather requirements from department leaders and design a hiring pipeline for new roles
- Writing outstanding messages in English that candidates are willing to reply
Experience that will be a plus:
- Analyze the job market to budget roles and adapt efficient hiring channels
- Building trust with talents through the company’s social media
