About the Role
We are looking for a QA Analyst specializing in integration testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of system integrations across platforms. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to design and execute test plans that validate end-to-end workflows between internal and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and acceptance criteria to validate APIs, services, and data exchanges.
- Perform end-to-end integration testing to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot integration defects.
- Validate API contracts and service dependencies using tools like Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
- Ensure data integrity through database verification using SQL queries.
- Automate integration test scenarios using industry-standard automation tools (Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze logs from system integrations using tools such as Kibana, Splunk, or OpenSearch.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards while testing integrations.
- Document test results, create detailed defect reports, and collaborate with developers for timely resolutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
✅ Experience testing APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and service architectures.
✅ Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
✅ Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases for workflow validation.
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
✅ Experience analyzing logs using Kibana, Splunk, or OpenSearch.
✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and their integration capabilities (a plus).
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Tech Stack: GoLang, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, React, React Native, Git.
