UI Designer (offline)

The Role
As part of this major transformation across our entire business, we are working hard to completely redesign the UI of our existing product. We are looking for an ambitious, highly talented Senior UI Designer to join us on this journey. The role will be challenging, fast paced and extremely rewarding for any UI Designer who is ready to take ownership of and create a highly innovative, market leading, game-changing product. What you will do as part of our team
Build a completely new User Interface for the existing feature set
Create designs for new features as they are scoped and defined by the Product team
Be responsible for bringing a fresh set of eyes and innovative approach to the design process
Develop new Design Guidelines for the team
Work directly with a world-leading branding agency based in London to ensure UI aligns with brand
Work in a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, data analysts and developers

It’s essential that you have
4+ years of UI design experience
Created production-ready user interfaces (including all interactions) from scratch based on brand & UX guidelines
An extensive portfolio of desktop UIs (preferably for Mac), with mobile work as a bonus
A design aesthetic that is fresh, modern and bold
Are comfortable with technical conversations and are able to work closely with Engineering teams to oversee the implementation of your designs
Experience designing for the American market, with additional global markets an added bonus
Fluent or native English speaker

It’s desirable that you
Have been part of a team who have worked on a major UI transformation project
Have a keen focus on IXD
Are passionate about sharing your knowledge and training more junior members of the team
Have experience working with external agencies as part of a delivery team
