We are looking for someone with:

• Understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and best practices;
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness;

• Working proficiency in English is a must.

   

As a Talent Sourcer you will:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches to meet hiring goals;
• Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies;

• Keep the database up to date.
