Paid search is a key driver of business growth, helping us attract the most relevant customers and maximize sales across multiple advertising platforms. A strong paid search strategy also boosts the organic ranking of our products on Amazon, contributing to long-term revenue growth.
As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC), you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our paid search strategy to drive measurable performance improvements. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns, working cross-functionally with other teams, and ensuring we hit key business KPIs. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our performance marketing efforts.
💡 Experience with Amazon Ads is NOT required! We will teach you everything from scratch, so if you have strong paid search experience on other platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.), you are welcome to apply.
Advertising Platforms We Use
- 90% Amazon Ads
- 10% Other marketplaces and platforms (Google Ads, Walmart Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Own and manage advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC channels
- Develop and execute a robust paid search strategy, ensuring optimal campaign structure, keyword targeting, and bidding strategies
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to build a strong semantic core and improve product visibility
- Set up and optimize paid search campaigns across Amazon, Google, Walmart, and other platforms
- Monitor and track organic keyword rankings to drive better performance and organic growth
- Optimize campaigns on a daily basis to improve ROAS, scale advertising spend efficiently, and boost organic product rankings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and growth teams to optimize landing pages and increase conversion rates
- Align campaign goals with business KPIs, including Margin, TACOS, Sales, and profitability
- Continuously experiment with new strategies to enhance campaign performance and identify innovative growth opportunities
- Automate reporting by defining technical requirements for analysts to build dashboards and reports
- Report on campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, providing actionable insights to the team
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in paid search marketing (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct, or other PPC platforms)
- Deep understanding of PPC optimization techniques, including bid strategies, match types, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with growth, operations, and analytics teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proven ability to scale advertising campaigns and drive efficiency at a large scale
- Ability to create technical requirements for automation and reporting improvements
- Fluent English
