Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to streamline backlog management and drive product growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with development needs, ensuring structured product roadmaps, and optimizing product features based on market trends and user feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Align the product backlog with business and development requirements
• Develop and maintain a structured product roadmap
• Define and prioritize feature requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine product strategy
• Perform A/B testing to optimize user experience and product performance.

Trial Period Goals:

• Align the backlog with business and development needs
• Conduct market analysis and prioritize features accordingly
• Develop a structured product roadmap.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of product development processes in an Agile environment
• Hands-on experience in backlog fulfillment and management
• Experience in writing and managing requirements and technical documentation
• Experience in web and mobile application development
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and analysis
• Experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Advanced level of English (verbal and written).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of casino game rules and mechanics
