About the role:
You're a driven person by nature, fast-paced environments make you feel alive and humble, sales is your cup of tea, then this is the opportunity for you, as we are looking for a Sales Development Representative who be the first point of contact for potential customers developing new business opportunities into sales qualified leads.
This role offers flexibility with remote work.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years of SDR experience required;
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent prospecting, phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in CRM software and Excel;
- High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian languages;
- Willing to work as a team;
- Growth mindset;
- Positive attitude and flexibility to change (driven by our growth in different geographic markets);
- Sincere curiosity to learn new trends.
It is a plus if you have experience or knowledge in:
- You have experience using Crunchbase, Linkedin Sales Nav, Hunter, Snov.io;
- You have an understanding of the digital advertising marketplace.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prospect decision makers who meet our criteria as potential successful PRNEWS.IO customers;
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying intentions through effective questioning and active listening;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals;
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Marketing Team to ensure alignment on ideal prospects;
- Use CRM & other sales automation tools to track and manage lead interactions, update prospect information, and report on pipeline activity;
- Stay informed about industry trends & market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the game;
- Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through ongoing skill development and knowledge sharing;
- Hit and exceed monthly goals;
- Take an active part in reviewing and updating MQL and SQL portraits, SDR scripts and email campaigns;
- Provide constant and timely feedback on leads quality and conversion rates;
