About the role:

You're a driven person by nature, fast-paced environments make you feel alive and humble, sales is your cup of tea, then this is the opportunity for you, as we are looking for a Sales Development Representative who be the first point of contact for potential customers developing new business opportunities into sales qualified leads.

This role offers flexibility with remote work. 

 

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years of SDR experience required;
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent prospecting, phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Excel;
  • High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Russian languages;
  • Willing to work as a team;
  • Growth mindset;
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to change (driven by our growth in different geographic markets);
  • Sincere curiosity to learn new trends.
     

It is a plus if you have experience or knowledge in:

  • You have experience using Crunchbase, Linkedin Sales Nav, Hunter, Snov.io;
  • You have an understanding of the digital advertising marketplace.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect decision makers who meet our criteria as potential successful PRNEWS.IO customers;
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying intentions through effective questioning and active listening;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals;
  • Work closely with Sales Executives and Marketing Team to ensure alignment on ideal prospects;
  • Use CRM & other sales automation tools to track and manage lead interactions, update prospect information, and report on pipeline activity;
  • Stay informed about industry trends & market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the game;
  • Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through ongoing skill development and knowledge sharing;
  • Hit and exceed monthly goals;
  • Take an active part in reviewing and updating MQL and SQL portraits, SDR scripts and email campaigns;
  • Provide constant and timely feedback on leads quality and conversion rates;
