UI/UX Designer Requirements for Urban Oasis Project

Must-Haves:

1. Portfolio that showcases experience in designing immersive 3D environments and interactive experiences

2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other similar tools

4. Experience with designing for web-based platforms and familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves:

1. Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max

2. Knowledge of WebGL and Three.js

3. Familiarity with design systems and ability to create and maintain consistent design languages

4. Experience with user research and usability testing

5. Familiarity with Agile design methodologies and ability to work in an iterative and collaborative environment
