NAV/BC (Logistics) Consultant

SMART business is looking for an NAV/BC (Logistics) Consultant to participate in NAV BC system implementation projects. The consultant will closely collaborate with clients to analyze their needs, configure the system to fit business processes, and work with the development team to adapt solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participation in ERP system implementation projects in the Logistics module: Implement and adapt Microsoft NAV BC to automate logistics processes, including inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain planning.
- Analysis of client logistics needs: Conduct in-depth analysis of clientsβ logistics processes to effectively automate operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Study of Microsoft NAV BC system: Gain deep knowledge of the logistics functions and capabilities of the system to ensure successful project execution.
- Configuration of ERP NAV BC logistics modules: Configure the system to streamline logistics operations, manage inventory, process orders, and optimize supply chain workflows.
- Interaction with the development team: Formulate technical tasks for modifying ERP logistics modules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- System testing: Participate in testing logistics modules in NAV BC to verify compliance with requirements and correct system functionality.
- Consulting support: Provide user consultation regarding the ERP logistics modules, assisting with problem resolution during system usage.
- Process documentation: Create and update user documentation for logistics modules, conduct user training, and provide support during solution implementation.
Our Requirements:
- Higher education in logistics, supply chain management, economics, or information technology
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft NAV BC) in logistics and inventory management
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain planning
- Experience in configuring and supporting ERP logistics modules
- Ability to analyze large data sets and strong analytical skills to assess client needs
- Experience collaborating with development teams and implementing technical tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and users
- Fluency in Polish is required
