Technical Support Specialist ( Day and Night Shifts)

Stape is a product for server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, and are looking for a Support Team member to join our team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.
We are expanding our support team to work 24/7 and are now looking for additions to work night shifts in the office, in Kyiv (м. Золоті Ворота). Shifts are 12 hours with 2 people per shift.
🕵♀️ Requirements:
- High level of communication skills.
- B2+ English level at least (written communication with the clients).
- Quick studying.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical background (knowledge of HTMl & CSS etc.)
🤩 Would be a plus:
- Experience in technical support.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
- Experience in administrating (network troubleshooting, DevTools, logs parsing, etc.).
Experience with Jira, Confluence.
📚Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product-related questions through email or chat. No calls.
- Maintaining help desk articles up to date.
- Closing tickets in one touch.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Day & Night shifts at the office in Kyiv (2 Day Shifts, 2 day off, 2 Night Shifts, 2 day off).
