This year, we plan to triple our growth, and to achieve this, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who is ready to drive our design direction in partnership with the founder, propelling the business to the next level.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing (UX/UI Designer)

• Client Briefing & Research: Understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Design Creation: Develop UX/UI concepts for websites and digital products using Figma (or similar tools).
• Animation & Illustration: Incorporate motion designs (in After Effects) and illustrative elements when needed.
• Presentation & Feedback: Present design solutions to clients on calls, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Project Estimations: Assess timeframes and scope based on technical requirements.
• Mentoring Junior Designers: Guide less experienced team members and provide constructive feedback.

🔑 Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ Years of UX/UI Experience: Proven track record in designing websites or digital products.
• Advanced Software Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and basic After Effects for animation.
• Communication & Presentation: Ability to understand client needs, articulate your design decisions, and present solutions effectively.
• English at Intermediate+: Comfortable joining client calls in English.
• Proactive & Collaborative: Ready to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and mentor junior specialists.

✨ Nice to Have

• 3D Modeling or Motion Design skills.
• Basic Webflow development experience.
• Previous work with global clients across multiple time zones.
