We are seeking a creative and experienced Affiliate Influence Manager to join our team! 

We expect from you:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing – preferably in iGaming, betting, crypto, or streaming industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills – ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers.
• Analytical mindset – experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, FTD, ROI).
• Experience in budget management and reporting – ability to allocate expenses efficiently and provide data-driven recommendations.
   

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and searching for relevant influencers.
• Analyzing and filtering bloggers based on audience, geo, engagement, and niche (casino, betting, streaming, crypto).
• Conducting negotiations, finalizing partnership agreements, and ensuring compliance with terms.
• Developing long-term partnerships with key influencers.
• Launching and managing influencer advertising campaigns.
• Defining key performance indicators (CPI, CPA, FTD, ROI).
• Developing integration scripts, content briefs, and guidelines for influencers.
• Collaborating with the creative team (design, video production).
• Ensuring content quality before publication.
• Managing the influencer marketing budget and optimizing expenses.
• Tracking costs and assessing the performance of each influencer.
• Preparing analytical reports and recommendations for budget optimization.
• Analyzing influencer marketing trends in the iGaming industry and exploring new approaches.
• Monitoring competitor activities and adapting successful strategies.
• Generating ideas for new influencer collaboration formats.
• English at the Intermediate+ level.
