💥About the Company:
We’re a fast-growing international e-commerce company with over 3 years of experience selling on Amazon Europe. We specialize in the electronics niche and operate under the FBM model. Our tight-knit team of 15 includes account managers, support specialists, supply chain experts, and sales managers—all working together to drive success.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our business adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements in Europe.

 

 

Responsibilities:
🔹 Research & Acquisition of New Stores/Companies:
- Monitor marketplaces and channels offering turnkey Amazon accounts for sale.

🔹 Account Maintenance & Compliance Management:
-Ensure timely updates of company documentation (annual/quarterly reports, bank details, trade registry extracts, etc.).
- Maintain a structured database of company records.
- Handle compliance-related tasks, including submitting required documents upon Amazon’s request.


🔹 Legal Coordination & Risk Management:
- Search for legal professionals and communicate with them regarding compliance and crisis-related matters.


🔹 Tax Filing & Financial Oversight:
- Collaborate with accountants assigned to each store to ensure timely tax filings.
- Oversee the accuracy of tax reports across all stores and countries, considering the differences in filing deadlines.
- Maintain organized tax records within the company database.

 

 

Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce in Europe.
● Deep understanding of Amazon Europe and its policies on sales, compliance, and product certification.
● Experience in searching for, acquiring, and registering new Amazon stores, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
● Experience in registering and acquiring Amazon accounts, understanding potential risks and compliance requirements.
● Experience in company registration in Europe, VAT registration, and business documentation.

● Knowledge of EU, German, and UK laws related to online business, accounting, and tax reporting.
● Experience in filing reports and managing financial operations of a company.
● Experience with regulatory requirements for products (CE, WEEE, RoHS, EPR, etc.).
● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
● Fluent English (B2+); knowledge of German or French is a plus.
