As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate  Junior Recruiter/Sourcer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Identification
 

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced search techniques to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Research and implement new sourcing tools and techniques.

Candidate Outreach & Engagement
 

• Contact potential candidates via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to gauge interest in job opportunities.
• Craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with sourced candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Screening & Coordination
 

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Communication with Rejected Candidates
 

• Notify rejected candidates in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Provide constructive feedback when applicable.
• Maintain relationships with strong candidates for future opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting
 

• Work closely with recruiter to align sourcing efforts with hiring goals.
  
  Work Hours

• Operating hours for the US market: 3 PM to 1 AM (Ukraine time).
