Investment Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Raising – Identify, engage, and develop relationships with investors.
• Investor Outreach – Work with institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, banks, and venture funds.
• Deal Execution – Lead negotiations, structure investments, and oversee the entire financing process.
• Fundraising Strategy Development – Define fundraising channels and build a strong investor network.
• Investor Relations Management – Maintain relationships with existing LPs, provide regular reporting and insights.
• Presentations & Negotiations – Represent the company at investment forums, conferences, and roadshows.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in capital raising and investor relations in Europe, the USA, and the UAE.
✔ Strong investor network among institutional investors, private equity, family offices, banks, and venture capital firms.
✔ Track record of successfully closing large investment deals and securing capital.
✔ Deep understanding of investment instruments – equity, debt, and structured finance.
✔ Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills at the C-level.
✔ Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
