Product Development Manager
The position is open with a large product iGaming company that has created 100 cutting edge products, operating in 20 different markets.
Due to expansion, the company is looking for a Product Manager to join the team and make their own contribution to the development of our products ๐
Conditions: relocation to Cyprus (Limassol), compensation for relocation from the company (official employment, registration for family members, tickets, accommodation for the first time).

Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
โ๏ธ Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
โ๏ธ Define the product strategy and roadmap;
โ๏ธ Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams;
โ๏ธ Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact;
โ๏ธ Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
โ๏ธ Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.

Requirements:
โ๏ธ A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the Gambling industry - is a must. We will not be able to consider resumes without this experience.
โ๏ธ Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
โ๏ธ Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
โ๏ธ Data analytics skills;
โ๏ธ Market and competitive analysis;
โ๏ธ Strong problem-solving skills;
โ๏ธ Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

โ๏ธ Good understanding of online Casino operation;
โ๏ธ Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA etc.).
