Senior Game Designer (offline)

Required skills
— 5+ years in game dev on game designer, producer, live ops position
— 2+ years as a Lead/Senior GD
— Experience in game design of casual games, particularly city builders, farms and similar casual sim/strategy games
— Experience with mobile games
— Good English, both spoken and written

As a plus
— Experience with Unity
— Experience in LiveOps/analytics of big online project

Responsibilities
— Working closely with product team to create the best game structure, help to define game priorities, fine-tune game pace and balance.
— Creating and maintaining game documentation.
— Checking game playability.
— Getting game launch-ready and working on it after launch.

We are looking for a Game Designer to join our development team in Kyiv. Now we already have 18 members in our office and looking for a new college on board who is passioned about the game industry and creation inspiring experience for our user.
