We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Head of CRM.

Requirements:
● experience in the position of Head of CRM – at least 2 years;
● experience in managing CRM in casinos and operators;
● experience working with markets India, Brazil, and LatAm;
● proven expertise in developing and implementing KPI-based motivation
systems;
● strong project management and leadership skills to align the team toward
common goals;
● fluent English.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
● develop and manage CRM strategies to maximize player retention and
engagement;
● utilize Fast-Track CRM for campaign automation and optimization;
● analyze player lifecycle, conversions, and other key metrics to drive performance;
● design and execute targeted campaigns for acquisition, retention, and
reactivation;
● provide insights from lifecycle analysis to improve conversion rates and player loyalty;
● collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution;
● work with COO.
