Обязанности:

- Поиск и отбор резюме в соответствии с требованиями к вакансиям и предоставление рекрутерам;
- Ведение воронки рекрутинга;
- Умение выстраивать отношения с кандидатами;
- Работа с job-сайтами, соц. сетями и специализированными форумами;
- Первичная оценка резюме;
- Ведение отчетности касательно процесса отбора персонала.
