Symfony PHP Developer to $3000
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Symfony PHP Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will develop and maintain web applications using the Symfony framework, integrating with technologies like RabbitMQ, SQL databases, Apache web servers, and AWS cloud services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain web applications using Symfony and PHP.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Design and optimize SQL databases, including writing complex queries.
- Implement message queues and asynchronous tasks with RabbitMQ.
- Configure and manage Apache web servers for application deployment.
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
- Work with front-end developers, designers, and other team members.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience with Symfony and PHP.
- Strong skills in SQL and database management.
- Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers for asynchronous tasks.
- Knowledge of Apache web server configuration and management.
- Practical experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
- B1 (Intermediate) English level for effective written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
