Project Manager (iGaming, Gambling) Offline

We are looking for an Operations-focused iGaming Project Manager for Tier 3 to coordinate operational and technical processes. 

 

The key role is to control the execution of tasks in a qualitative and timely manner, communication with team leads, and coordination of departments so that the manager can concentrate on strategic tasks.

 

This job does NOT require managing the entire team, but it involves close work with department heads and leads.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Being the right-hand person of the manager – providing backup, taking control of operational processes;
  • Monitoring the execution of tasks – keeping track of priorities, deadlines, and quality;
  • Communication with department heads – coordination of plans, prioritisation of tasks;
  • Checking the results of the work performed – assessing efficiency and quality;
  • Analysis of reports (provided by analysts) – decision-making based on metrics;
  • Optimising business processes – identifying problem areas, improving team efficiency;
  • Synchronisation of operational and technical teams;
  • Creating and maintaining a project roadmap;
  • Collection of business requirements with further division into teams of performers;
  • Holding meetings with teams to coordinate the implementation of tasks.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming (understanding of platform mechanics, bonus systems, payments, retention, fraud detection is required);
  • 2+ years in Project Management (process control, task management, communication with leads);
  • Experience in iGaming business processes and their optimisation;
  • Ability to make an organised process out of chaos;
  • Independence, responsibility, initiative;
  • Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile, Kanban;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to delegate and control.
