Client Manager

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our friendly team!

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. However, you must adhere to a fixed schedule: 8 hours per day, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

 

Important: This is NOT a sales role.

 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for operational communication with clients and colleagues, including:

  • Receiving resumes from recruiters
  • Ensuring all information is accurate (both spelling and factual details)
  • Presenting candidates to clients
  • Organizing and supporting online interviews
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and fostering strong relationships

All communication is conducted online via Slack, Skype, or Telegram.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong business correspondence skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • At least 2 years of experience working with corporate clients (any industry)
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher (business correspondence proficiency required)
  • Advanced English proficiency is a significant advantage
