E-commerce Middle+ / Senior SEO Specialist Offline

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Remote SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be the sole SEO expert in the company, with the potential to expand the team by hiring an outreach specialist if needed. This is an in-house position focused exclusively on our own e-commerce projects (not an agency or client work). Our business specializes in heating equipment, with a primary focus on the German market, while currently testing expansion into Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple e-commerce websites (around 10 projects in total, focusing on those with the best organic performance).
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to increase traffic and rankings.
• Manage and improve our PBN (Private Blog Network), including content creation and interlinking.
• Work on link-building strategies, including buying backlinks, outreach, and interlinking.
• Optimize technical SEO aspects (analytics setup, crawling, indexing, etc.).
• Collaborate with our in-house developer for complex technical tasks.
• Create and maintain an effective content strategy, including blogging and optimizing existing content.

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international e-commerce SEO, preferably in European markets (Germany, Poland is a plus).
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Experience with PBN management and link-building strategies.
• Ability to plan and execute SEO campaigns independently.
• Knowledge of content marketing, keyword research, and SERP optimization.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, or similar SEO tools.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize based on performance metrics.
• Understanding of Google algorithm updates and ranking factors.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is required; German and/or Polish would be a plus.
