We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various positions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted searches across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to gauge interest and fit.Build and maintain a network of top talent for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.

Strong familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

English level (at leat strong Intermediate)
