We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and success of our Telegram mini-app game that has a total of 5 million registered users and features blockchain products. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders, the development team, and the end users, ensuring the product delivers value while aligning with business goals.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in gaming or blockchain projects.
– Strong understanding of Telegram’s mini-app ecosystem and blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, NFTs, tokenomics).
– Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
– Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
– Familiarity with gaming mechanics, UX design principles, and blockchain integration.
Responsibilities:
– Align product goals with business strategy and market trends in blockchain gaming.
– Grow and mentor the development team.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, blockchain specialists, and marketing.
– Design in-game mechanics to boost user engagement and retention.
– Implement blockchain features like token rewards, NFTs, or decentralized assets in a user-friendly manner.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve the product.
– Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform future iterations.
– Actively seek and incorporate user feedback into the product.
– Gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and user feedback.
Would be a plus:
– Experience with Telegram bots or apps.
– Knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems, wallets, and marketplaces.
– Background in game design, user engagement, or gamification strategies.
– Passion for gaming and blockchain innovation.
– Ukrainian - would be a plus.
