Senior PPC Specialist Offline

We’re looking for an experienced Senior PPC Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:
 

• 4+ years of successful experience managing performance-based campaigns in Google Ads (with a proven track record)
• Experience working with the US/EU and other English-speaking markets
• Experience working with e-Commerce projects (US/EU market)
• Strong analytical skills: an in-depth understanding of campaign measurement, proven ability to analyze and interpret data and arrive at a “so what” conclusion
• Knowledge of A/B split testing and statistics
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of how to optimize CPA for profit maximization
• Ad copywriting and editing skills
• Monitoring the latest trends in digital marketing and implementing actions according to them
• Experience with other platforms like Bing
• English — Upper-Intermediate and higher

Will be a plus:
 

• Experience in LP optimization and a basic understanding of UX
• Experience with Reddit 

Responsibilities:

• Design, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms to meet ROI targets for US/global markets
• Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS) using Google Analytics and Sheets, implementing data-driven optimizations
• Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with UX teams to refine landing pages for improved conversion rates
• Partner with SEO/content teams to align paid strategies with organic growth initiatives.
