HR Administrator for Product company Offline

We specialize in creating and distributing sports and esports content, delivering high-quality coverage based on real matches and in-depth analytical data. Producing over 45,000 matches each month, our content reaches millions of viewers across numerous countries worldwide.

Our technology team drives innovation by developing advanced software solutions, including tournament management platforms, high-performance analytical systems, video streaming tools, and partner-focused product marketplaces.

We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team. This role will act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from both internal employees and external stakeholders.

Kyiv office

 

Your tasks:

  • Participation in the process of pre-onboarding\onboarding and offboarding;
  • Administration of internal databases;
  • Participation in revisions of existing company policies and creation of new ones;
  • Introduce various types of benefits for employees and maintain contact with external partners, such as insurance companies, etc.;
  • Advise employees on HR issues;
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant information about employees and the legal department in their requests;
  • Communication with the legal department and employees regarding re-signing, and updating contracts;
  • Collection of electronic digital signatures for individual entrepreneurs;
  • Signing coworking agreements;
  • Organize business trips for employees and prepare the relevant documents for this (air tickets, hotels, visas);
  • Participation in HR projects and initiatives.


 

Essential professional experience:

  • Proven work experience in an HR Administrative or relevant role of 6 months or more;
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular);
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level.
