(fluent Ukrainian) Digital Marketing Manager Offline

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness on the online vendor marketplaces.

What you will do:

  • Monitor and manage our company’s mentions across various online platforms to ensure a positive brand presence;
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of accounts on marketplaces, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness on online vendor marketplaces;
  • Proactively collaborate with the Service Delivery team to encourage clients to leave reviews and develop clear instructions and guidelines to streamline the process and maximize participation;
  • Regularly track and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, including progress toward KPIs;
  • Develop strategies to achieve set goals, refine existing approaches, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Plan strategies, launch campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and other platforms, manage ad creatives, write ad copies, and prepare technical specifications for copywriters and designers to create advertising materials;
  • Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing activities, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

     

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role;
  • At least 1 year of experience in setting up ads in LinkedIn Ads;
  • Written and spoken English from Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting on key metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

     

Will be a great plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Experience with using referral platforms/vendor marketplaces (e.g. Clutch, G2, Gartner) for lead generation;
  • Experience with Looker Studio and Meta Pixel;
  • Business correspondence skills.
