Company Overview
We are a small but determined team focused on building a compact, functional app whose primary purpose is to comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store regulations. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of both the app’s conceptual framework and its visual/interactive design—ensuring the user experience meets strict marketplace guidelines while remaining simple and effective.
 

Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End App Concept & Design

- Develop initial concepts, user flows, and detailed wireframes for a small-scale app.
- Translate requirements into clean, intuitive UI/UX that aligns with brand identity and marketplace standards.
- Create Core App Mechanics

- Define and document the internal logic and workflows that power the user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure interactive elements and transitions function seamlessly.
- Ensure Compliance with App Store & Play Store Regulations

- Stay informed on the latest guidelines from Apple and Google.
- Integrate compliance requirements into all a spects of the app’s design and functionality.
- Develop icons, banners, and screenshots for App Store and Google Play 
- Partner with stakeholders to address any issues that might arise during the submission and approval processes.
- Research & Innovate with New Mechanics

- Investigate emerging app mechanics, frameworks, and technologies to elevate the overall product.
- Evaluate feasibility and potential impact on user engagement and compliance requirements, proposing improvements to existing functionalities.
- User Testing & Feedback Integration

Collaboration & Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for design-related discussions within a small, agile team of developers 
- Clearly articulate design decisions, provide progress updates, and proactively suggest enhancements. 
- Qualifications
 

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with app store guidelines, basic coding/scripting knowledge for interactive prototypes a plus.
- Soft Skills

- Self-starter who can independently manage the entire design process in a small-team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication to effectively collaborate with non-design stakeholders and developers.
