Business Development Manager (offline)
Whom we are looking for?
Requirements:
β 2+ years of successful sales experience in digital agency/startup/it company;
β You are a responsible, result-oriented and fast learner;
β Flexible, proactive team player with outside the box thinking;
β Experience in active and passive communications with foreign clients/customers;
β You have analytical thinking;
β A proactive and positive business attitude;
β Good to great knowledge of different sales techniques and channels;
β General understanding of development process and technologies for web and mobile apps;
β Experience in communication with businesses abroad.
Will be a plus:
β Experience creating sales department from scratch.
Responsibilities:
β Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
β Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
β Improve lead generation process via linkedin, site, conferences;
β Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
β Develop and implement business performance measurements (KPIs);
β Verify the CRM is updated with activities and next steps for all leads and opportunities;
β Any other related activities in the Business Development.
