Product UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements
– At least 3 years’ experience in UX/UI design;
– Experience in SaaS web-products;
– Good understanding of usability, UX, UI and interactive design;
– Ability to read and understand analytics;
– Experience in preparing design assets, animations and specification;
– Ability to set up processes supporting effective communication with the development team;
– English: Intermediate+;

Responsibilities
– Continuously improve user flows and design features;
– Take the initiative on designing and re-designing our product;
– Work with wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to support design decisions;
– Collaborate with stakeholders and product development team;
– Conduct A/B testing, user research, evaluate user feedback and make strategic design decisions;
