IT Sales Manager / Business Developer (offline)

We currently have 1 Sales Manager on the team who handles sales through UpWork. You will be selling through LinkedIn, UpWork, as well as discovering additional sources of client prospecting and building relationships with clients.

What we expect from you

- At least 2 years of experience in IT Sales;
- Experience selling through LinkedIn / UpWork / etc.;
- Excellent conversational English (upper-indermediate/advanced);
- Customer focus, excellent and friendly communication style;
- Ability to think independently, make firm decisions, and get the message across to customers;
- Highly organized and self-motivated.

- Motivating conditions: the rate + % of the concluded deal with the client;

Your responsibilities will include

- Actively seeking new clients through LinkedIn / UpWork / etc;
- Working with incoming requests;
- Communication with the client before the first deal (LinkedIn, messengers, video meetings);
- Communicating with the team to accurately evaluate the project;
- Maintaining client base and working with it on a regular basis;
- Promoting company's services, negotiating with potential clients, transferring them to the status of active clients;
- Building partnerships with those who can be useful to transfer leads;
- Keeping records of all leads before their first payment.
