UI/UX Designer (offline)

You will have to understand the business logic of each project, create UX prototype and UI design.
Project: Different projects mainly mobile apps but also web projects.

Location: in Kyiv office - Starokyivska 10Г (metro Politekhnichnyi Instytut)
English: Good written and spoken English
Advantages: regular communication with the client in English, possible business trips.

Requirements:
Experience in the field 1,5 year+;
Commercial projects
Good knowledge of Sketch;
A Behance or Dribbble portfolio is required;
Good English communication skills (at least Intermediate);
Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools like Invision, Principle;
Knowledge of modern UI/UX design approaches for Desktop, Web, and Mobile;
Understanding of iOS HIG and Google Material Design;
Sense of style, composition, form, and color;
Organized and self-sufficient;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Framer is a plus
Basic knowledge in software development process
Result-oriented, proactive team player who is a fast learner

Duties:
Requirements analysis and estimates preparation
Wireframing, prototyping, and design creation for various web and mobile products
Design tasks completion within the deadline and according to the task description and technical constraints
Effective collaboration with team members to achieve the best results
Regular and clear status and progress reporting
