Casino Promo Manager - is a key specialist who develops and implements various marketing activities to attract and retain users at our casino projects. The main task is to organise effective promotional campaigns, tournaments, lotteries and other activities that will increase loyalty and user engagement, as well as increase the company's revenue.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Promo Manager or similar positions in the iGaming industry).
  • Experience in creating promotional mechanics.
  • Experience in developing a user acquisition strategy using gamification, loyalty programmes, and related mechanics within the product;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, draw conclusions to optimise promotional campaigns.
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Understanding of the principles of working with different user segments. 
  • Experience of working with product teams, designers and external contractors to implement promotional strategies.
  • English language skills at B1/B2 level

 

 

Your main tasks involve:

  1. Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones.
  2. Conducting A/B testing to improve the existing conditions of promotional mechanics.
  3. Developing conditions and implementing gamification on projects. 
  4. Monitoring of key metrics to track the effectiveness of promotions and promptly make changes to improve results.
  5. Analysing the effectiveness of promotional activities and making suggestions for campaign optimisation.
  6. Timely creation of tasks for cross-functional teams, including a detailed description of promotional activities in accordance with the approved plan.
  7. Coordination with CRM, Product and other cross-functional teams to create comprehensive promotional strategies.
  8. Tracking industry trends and analysing competitors to develop innovative and effective promotional solutions.
  9. Working with different user segments: creating and adjusting player segments for personalised promotional campaigns.
  10. Developing strategies to reactivate inactive players.
  11. Monitoring the relevance of content in promotional campaigns and making suggestions for their improvement.
