Your Role

We need a rockstar who writes killer proposals that get responses. If you have experience hunting for leads this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Research and identify potential clients on Upwork who need UI/UX, web & app development, and SaaS solutions.
✅ Write high-converting proposals that stand out from the crowd.
✅ Track and analyze lead performance to improve strategies.
✅ Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to refine outreach tactics.
✅ Keep up with Upwork trends to stay ahead of competitors.

What You Need to Succeed:

🔹 Proven experience in Upwork lead generation 
🔹 Excellent English writing & communication skills.
🔹 Ability to craft engaging, tailored proposals that get noticed.
🔹 Understanding of Design 

OR web development
