Delivery Manager

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions. We are looking for Delivery Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

Hard Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery/Program Manager in IT outsourcing and product companies (2 of them in a senior position).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least one project/program from initiation to closure.
• Solid experience in project estimation, planning, and closure/transition.
• Strong experience in RAID and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).

• Professional Certifications (in priority order): PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CAMP, or others

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the assigned program of projects and ensure its successful delivery.
• Lead and manage subordinate program and project teams, coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management through all phases, including scoping, requirements definition, estimation, planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling and closure/transition to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and execute detailed program roadmaps and plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and stakeholders to maintain adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and consistent updates per agreed standards.
• Lead and support the subordinate Project Managers to achieve maximum performance by providing clear direction, guidance, and motivation.
• Manage program risks, assumptions, issues, and cross-projects dependencies.
• Monitor program resources to ensure program and projects efficiency and maximize its deliverables.
• Facilitate program-related meetings/events and proactively escalate issues to address roadblocks or mitigate risks.
• Deliver program outcome reports under established standards.
• ​​Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation per agreed standards.
• Contribute to PMO initiatives as required.
